Internet Banking is the easy way to do your banking at your convenience.
Here’s everything you can do online:
- Everyday Accounts
- View balances, up to 99 previous transactions, print transactions, order statements and transfer money between accounts. You can even download your statement into a money management programme.
- Term Deposits
- View interest rates, establish a new Term Deposit, or make alterations to the maturity instructions on existing Term Deposits.
- Loan Accounts
- View interest rates, balances, past transactions, print transactions and order statements.
- Make payments online
Pay up to 18 pre-established payees such as rent, rates, power, phone, insurance or even friends through your Current or Smile On Call Account. You can pay today or schedule up to 60 days in advance. You can even establish, amend and delete payees.
For added security, you can select your own daily limit, up to a maximum of $50,000 with a SafeKey
- Automatic Payments
- View automatic payment details, make one-time payment cancellations, amend details such as the due date, payment amount, payment frequency, referencing details or cancel an automatic payment authority. You can also set up a new automatic payment to pay your bills, friends or even fund your savings on your Current or Smile On Call Account.
- Interbank number
- View your 16-digit Interbank number online.
- If you haven't been assigned one, visit your local PSIS branch.
- Lost or Stolen Card
- Stop a lost or stolen PSIS Card.
- Cancel access to Internet Banking
- Cancel your access to PSIS Internet Banking online.
- SafeKey protection for your online accounts
Now you can make all your Internet Banking information safe and secure from online fraud with SafeKey. Your SafeKey token acts like a combination lock for your Internet Banking, changing every 60 seconds so even if someone knows your username and password they can't log into your account without a one-time SafeKey tokencode.
You can apply for SafeKey online by logging onto Internet Banking and clicking in the left hand navigation menu under 'SafeKey Registration'.
When you register for SafeKey, you’ll receive a SafeKey token - a small device, perfect for your keychain - so you can always carry it with you. For more information on SafeKey here.
Register for PSIS Internet Banking, it's easy!
If you're a registered user of PSIS Telephone Banking, simply use your PSIS Telephone Banking PIN and seven digit customer number to register online today.
If you don't have a PSIS Telephone Banking PIN, simply visit any PSIS branch and complete an Internet Banking authority form. Once you've done this, you'll be provided with a secure PIN which you can use to register for Internet Banking online.
PSIS is not a registered bank, but a very co-operative co-operative.
