We offer two types of loans – Secured and Unsecured.
Secured loans
If you can offer an asset as security, you'll get a better rate of interest. The types of security you can use are:
- Vehicles including recreational boats (up to 12 years of age).
- Government Superannuation Fund contributions.
- A Life Insurance policy.
- Any Term Deposit account you hold at PSIS.
Unsecured loans up to $15,000
If you need a loan but don't have any suitable security, we may still be able to help. PSIS offers various types of unsecured loans, and we'll tailor the loan to meet your needs.
Flexible repayment options
You can take up to five years to repay the loan and you can make repayments weekly, fortnightly or monthly – we can even match your repayments to your payday. Repayment terms are based on the amount you want to borrow and the term of the loan you choose.
No fees for early repayment
You’ll also have the flexibility to make a lump sum or early repayment without having to pay early repayment costs.
Decisions made fast
We'll work fast to give you an answer – if you have all of the required information at the time of applying we can usually make a decision by the next business day.
Get insured and save money
When you take out at least two eligible PSIS insurance products you'll qualify for a discounted interest rate on your Personal Loan. Ask us about which insurance products are right for you.
