Internet Banking is the easy way to do your banking at your convenience.
Here's everything you can do online:
Pay up to 18 pre-established payees such as rent, rates, power, phone, insurance or even friends through your Current or Smile On Call Account. You can pay today or schedule up to 60 days in advance. You can even establish, amend and delete payees.
For added security, you can select your own daily limit, up to a maximum of $50,000 with a SafeKey
Now you can make all your Internet Banking information safe and secure from online fraud with SafeKey. Your SafeKey token acts like a combination lock for your Internet Banking, changing every 60 seconds so even if someone knows your username and password they can't log into your account without a one-time SafeKey tokencode.
You can apply for SafeKey online by logging onto Internet Banking and clicking in the left hand navigation menu under 'SafeKey Registration'.
When you register for SafeKey, you'll receive a SafeKey token - a small device, perfect for your keychain - so you can always carry it with you. For more information on SafeKey here.
If you're a registered user of Telephone Banking, simply use your Telephone Banking PIN and seven digit customer number to register online today.
If you don't have a Telephone Banking PIN, simply visit your local branch and complete an Internet Banking authority form. Once you've done this, you'll be provided with a secure PIN which you can use to register for Internet Banking online.
Interest rates and fees are subject to change. An Investment Statement and the current Disclosure Statement are available from any branch of The Co-operative Bank or can be downloaded here. For all lending products, The Co-operative Bank lending and insurance criteria, and fees apply. If a home loan is greater than 80% of the property's value, a low equity interest rate premium, will apply.
